- Double Elimination
- Tournament Mode Default Settings
- 3/5 Rounds per Game
- 2/3 Games per Set
- 3/5 Games for Losers Semis, Winners, Losers & Grand Finals
- Random stage select for all games
- Winner of prior game must keep same character
- Loser of prior game may switch character
- All character preset costumes are legal. In the event that both players want to use the same present they will compete in a Best-Of-One Rock-Paper-Scissors game to determine who may use their preferred preset
- In the event of rule confusion the TWT 2025 Official Rules will govern disputes
